WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Account Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the facade sector, focusing on long-term relationship building and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and increase market penetration in the facade industry.
- Customer Consultation: Provide technical support and consultative selling to customers, demonstrating the value of Hilti's facade products and solutions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and economic conditions specific to the facade industry to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Project Coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of facade projects and delivery of solutions.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and communicate technical product information effectively.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
