To comply with the Saudization law in the KSA, Turner and Townsend is looking for young, ambitious and career driven KSA nationals to join our fast-growing business and develop their career.
- Support the Admin team with various requests.
- Provide administrative and executive support including preparing and formatting documents by using word, power point presentations, excel, letters, transmittals, project reports, monthly progress reports, minutes of meetings, LPO’s, invoices etc.
- Arrange internal / external meetings, rooms, facilities and refreshments.
- Organise office social events.
- Answer and file general queries to the team, providing admin assistance as required.
- Assist in arranging for hotel, travel and guest arrangements.
- Assist for the requisitions of office supplies.
- Sort, collect and distribute mail, International and Local courier.
- Ensure all staff has completed internal People Pages, inclusive of contact details and an up to date CV with a correct headshot.
- Format and update CVs, capability statements and case studies ensuring they are in the correct corporate template.
- Manage general office cleanliness and environment.
- Provide a daily cover to the front reception desk during lunch breaks and vacation periods.
- Assist Directors with setting up meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Act as the team members’ link with the office when they are remote or on project sites.
- Work closely with the admin team in order to improve processes and develop new ways of working.
**Qualifications**
Self-motivated, proactive, a quick learner, highly organised and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision. Familiarity working in a dynamic and demanding environment is necessary. Furthermore, excellent communication, coordination skills and ability to deal confidentially with information are important.
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Fast learning with understanding how to use internal templates and systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities, with attention to detail and quality delivery.
- Represent Turner & Townsend professionally at all times.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude and calm under pressure.
- Punctual, reliable and flexible.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all team members, Turner & Townsend stakeholders, Board members and external partners/vendors.
- Strong proof-reading and time management skills.
- Proactive self-starter with an ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Good people skills with an ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines mainly for proposal submissions.
- Take-up additional responsibilities and challenges.
