**Your Mission**:
Strategize and position Sweater as the preferred partner in the car care sector. Your primary goal? To scout, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and franchises that will enhance our service repertoire and expand our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
**Build Bridges**:
Scour the industry landscape to initiate and nurture relationships with partners and franchises, aligning with Sweater’s growth trajectories and ethical standards.

**Strategic Analysis**:
Employ exhaustive market analysis to uncover untapped franchising opportunities and potential collaborations, ensuring Sweater's continuous industry lead.

**Seal the Deal**:
Masterfully orchestrate negotiations to conclude mutually advantageous terms and oversee seamless integration of new partners and franchises.

**Optimize Performance**:
Persistently assess and fine-tune the contributions and ROI of each alliance, modifying approaches in response to evolving business landscapes.

**Interdepartmental Synergy**:
Collaborate intensively with diverse departments to optimize the impacts of partnerships on product development, marketing, and service delivery.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
At least 5 years of experience in partnership acquisition, with a significant focus on franchise development and management. Experience within car care or tech startups is highly desirable.

**Negotiation Mastery**:
A well-documented history of concluding and securing high-value partnership and franchise agreements.

**Analytical Insight**:
Exceptional ability to dissect markets, pinpoint lucrative opportunities, and appraise partnership performance.

**Communication Excellence**:
Fluent in both written and spoken English with the aptitude to persuade and establish profound relational foundations.
