**Position: Division Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled Division Manager responsible for overseeing the electronic component requirements in the private MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) sector. This includes MEP project sales, product approval from main contractors and consultants, and ensuring the overall success of our product sales in the region.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in industrial automation product sales, MRO sales, and project sales.
- Salary package includes competitive base salary with commission-based earnings.
- Experience in electro-mechanical or industrial product sales is highly preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- **Cold Calling & Customer Visits**: Actively engage with potential clients through cold calling, telemarketing, and regular customer visits.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with key government accounts, monitor tender requirements, and ensure that MEP project needs are met by maintaining regular contact with multiple stakeholders.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the specification and bidding process for projects, ensuring the company’s success in securing contracts.
- **Expert Negotiation**: Expertly manage the bidding process, liaising with the bid management team to secure the best outcomes for the company.
- **Brand Approvals**: Lead the approval process for new brands with MEP consultants and contractors.
- **Customer Communication**: Manage ongoing communications during the bidding and project lifecycle, assisting in negotiations with information from the bid management team.
- **Client Engagement**: Conduct 4-5 customer visits per day (4 days a week).
- **Sales Forecasting**: Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and devise strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Payment Collection**: Follow up on payments, resolve payment-related issues, and manage collections.

- **توقعات المبيعات**: إعداد توقعات المبيعات الأسبوعية والشهرية، ووضع استراتيجيات لتحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
- **إدارة الطلبات**: توليد استفسارات جديدة، إعداد عروض الأسعار، متابعة العروض، معالجة الطلبات الواردة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الفاكس، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- **تحصيل المدفوعات**: متابعة المدفوعات، حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالدفعات، وإدارة عملية التحصيل.
