**Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Public Sector.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.
**Skills**:
- 8 - 10 years of sales experience in the Public Sector and IT software sales, particularly in Oracle App/ERP.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
