**About the role**:
This role works in sync with other Operations functions to boost driver fleet health and improve overall DX. Its a KSA based role that oversees the driver fleet in entire Kingdom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for health of driver fleet (Focusing on key metrics related to driver performance)
- Build loyalty + incentive programs for drivers which benefit them and motivate them to driver more with Jeeny
- Reduce driver churn
- Build partnerships with third party companies that will help drivers save money for car maintenance
- Run monthly campaigns to boost various driver metrics
- Understand the key pain points of drivers to be able to work on improvements in DX

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in relevant field (MBA/Masters preferred)
- Data driven but with a creative side
- Arab speaker with excellent English communication
