Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Development. As a leading player in the real estate industry, Qiddiya Investment Company is dedicated to transforming the landscape of the entertainment and leisure sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development of real estate projects, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project concepts and strategies that align with Qiddiya's overall vision
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the necessary resources for project implementation
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of ongoing projects, identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the development process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least a minimum 9-12 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of real estate development processes, including land acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, and marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
