The Asset Operation Engineer is an active member of a High Caliber **Operations Experts Professionals in the following fields**:
**1. Glycol, Methanol or Agri-Nutrients**

**2. Petrochemical Efficiency Improvement and Cost Optimization**

The role is critical for the Manufacturing Processes helping in driving MFG Excellence. The Asset Operation Engineer works with other team members globally to create opportunities to continuously recognize and achieve high standards in terms of plant performance.

The Asset Operation Engineer assures operations Discipline compliance and drives Operational Integrity Maturity level to the highest standards, bringing State of Art models/tools in operating Petrochemical Facilities Globally, guided by Manufacturing Strategy plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Asset Operation Engineer is an active team member of a High Caliber Operations Experts Professionals that are providing Functional Ownership of different aspects of Asset Operation.
- The role is critical for the Manufacturing Processes helping in driving MFG Excellence.
- The Asset Operation Engineer works with other team members globally to create opportunities to continuously recognize and achieve high standards in terms of plant performance.
- The Asset Operation Engineer assures operations Discipline compliance and drives Operational
Integrity Maturity level to the highest standards, bringing state-of-the-art models/tools in operating
Petrochemical Facilities Globally, guided by Manufacturing Strategy plans.
- The Asset Operation Engineer delivers knowledge sharing through development and conducting
specialized training programs to leverage own experience and skills to enhance the site
frontlines (Supervisors, engineers and Operations) personnel Knowledge.
- The Asset Operation Engineer retains operational knowledge through sharing and ensuring learnings are embedded in all relevant systems (BP, SMS, PDPs, SES, TA...etc) and supports different assessment types (i.e. AIR, ALC, TARA, Projects PRPs..etc).
- The Asset Operation Engineer provides expertise for critical RCAs, Cold Eye reviews, BM,..etc. Above all,
- The Asset Operation Engineer provides areas of expertise to achieve Excellence in EHSS, Reliable, Asset Utilization and Operation Cost Optimization across all Global Sites, through:
1. Leveraging AO expertise in enhancing EHSS and Quality Management system deployment,
requirements and continuance improvement.
2. Conducting advanced analysis leveraging AO competencies (Modeling, Simulation, Sensitivity
analysis..., etc ) to deliver the most optimized Solutions & Improvements for the client sites globally.
3. Development and deployment of world-class practices and functional expertise utilizing internal
Networking & knowledge management and sharing related experiences
4. Identify improvement opportunities through internal networks and assemble a Taskforce Team to leverage the Learning and Value Creation to all the client's Sites Globally.
5. Develop medium-long-term strategies and work with sites globally to support the executions and endorse the achieved maturities.
6. Participate in Projects and growth to deliver expertise in Asset Operation in virus of Project Stages (including the Manufacturing Philosophy consultation and PRP participation).
7. Support T&I-related projects, process, sustainability, energy and carbon neutrality related to Asset Operation.
8. Support deployment, monitoring and validation of the Digitalization Solutions

**Must-Haves**:

- Holding a **Chemical Engineering certificate**:

- 15+ years experience in the** petrochemical industry in manufacturing** with substantial exposure to
operational, **EHSS requirements** and technical activities
- Recent experience with** **Glycol, Methanol or Agri-Nutrients**:

- Recent experience with** Petrochemical Efficiency Improvement and Cost Optimization**:

- Excellent knowledge of the **RCA methodologies**, and **certified RCA leader**:

- Recent **Manufacturing Experience**:

- Recent **p**rocess engineering **experience
