dynamic and passionate Performance Coach (male and female) to join our esteemed team in Riyadh

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Performance Coach at Lincoln College International, you will play a crucial role in the growth and

development of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- To provide individual performance reviews for a specified cohort of learners.
- Plan and deliver with each learner in this cohort a personal performance improvement strategy

as part of their PLPs.
- Work with teams delivering the curriculum to be aware of the opportunities available for learners

to work at improving their performance in any given area, and then to demonstrate that they

have done so.
- Work with tutors and mentors to be able to assess personal development needs, and to ensure

these are met within each learner’s PLP.
- Assessment of the Key Skills ‘Improving Own Learning and Performance’ and ‘Working with
- Support the work of the Department Heads and the SEND Coordinator.
- Report to Director for Curriculum and Student Support/Guidance.
- Engaging one-to-one with learners during learning sessions to identify areas of individual

performance improvement required and inserting timely remedial action.
- Working with SEND specialist(s), and the relevant Learning Coach, to develop performance

development strategies for individual learners who have been identified as underperforming.
- Provide support for other identified learners as directed.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
To be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Level 3 supporting teaching and learning qualification (or) equivalent (or) at least 5 years

experience in the related field
- Working in colleges (with ages 16+) supporting/coaching the development of learning and/or

performance

their study and skills development.
- Experience in working within 3rd Millennium learning environments, and with digital devices and

peripherals.
- Proven experience in effectively working in the context of both traditional and experiential

learning practice.
- Proven experience in supporting formative assessment and guiding learners to use this to inform

their own progress and attainment.
- Proven experience of working in partnership with other colleagues to support the design and

delivery of an integrated curriculum.
