Oversees the delivery of portfolio, program and project management across the organization and guide thedelivery of complex projects within Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Delivery Department, and alldepartment activities.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Develops, implements, continuously monitors and updates as necessary the division’s goals, objectives,policies and procedures and other official documents.

2. Oversees orientation and on-boarding processes of new hires to enhance staff experience at theOrganization.

3. Supports and monitors Saudization within the Organization, including priority in promotion.

4. Participates in selecting, recruiting, training, retaining, and evaluating assigned personnel. Maintains apositive working environment to implement policies, correct deficiencies and implements disciplineprocedures. Delegates authorities, and establishes and maintains a formal means of accountability on thepart of subordinates.

5. Assigns work, establishes priorities, monitors performance and submits periodical clear and conciseadministrative and financial reports for all assigned services/functions.

6. Directs portfolio, program and project management services in terms of deliver, tools and training as per theEPMO governance.

7. Provides support in terms of tools and resourcing to all cross-functional strategic projects that transverse allfunctions.

8. Oversee and approves development and preparation of key project documents.

9. Leads the development of a set of project controls for all allocated projects, such as project sponsors,project team members, project reporting lines and governance structures etc.

10. Facilitates regular status reports summarizing the status of EPMO projects to EPMO director.

11. Oversee management of projects/programs as decisions.

12. Directs prioritization of project milestones and activities within allocated projects, ensuring their timelycompletion and minimizing project downtime and dependencies.

13. Establishes and maintains a positive working environment to implement policies, correct deficiencies andimplements discipline procedures.

14. Follows all Organization's related Policies and Procedures.

15. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.

16. Performs any other related tasks, as assigned.

**Education**:
PhD, Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration,Engineering, Information Technology or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Six (6) years with Ph.D., nine (9) years with Master’s, or eleven (11) years withBachelor’s Degree of related professional experience in a large Hospital, Healthcareinstitution, government institution, Business Corporation, with at least four (4) years ina senior/supervisory or managerial capacity is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Saudi National Only. ?
- Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for Engineers. ?
- Professional Certificates in Portfolio, or Program, or Project Management, or other related certificates is required.
