**Job Description**:
+ Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation

+ Running regular checks on network and data security

+ Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration

+ Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software

+ Track and maintain hardware and software inventory

+ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems

+ Conducting regular system audits

+ Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff

+ Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages

+ Providing direction for IT team members

+ Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement

+ Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs

+ Creating rational strategies for upgrading the company’s network software whenever a new update is available

+ Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem

+ Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network

**Qualifications**:
+ Bachelor degree required ( IT, IS or related field )

+ Minimum 8 years of eperience
