We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This position is specifically for Saudi Nationals and offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in managing and controlling our organization's documentation systems.
- Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures and systems
- Ensure all documents are accurately filed, easily retrievable, and securely stored
- Manage the document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and organize project-related documentation
- Maintain version control and track document revisions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi Arabian regulations
- Prepare reports on document status, metrics, and other relevant information
- Train staff on document control procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with IT department to optimize electronic document management systems
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control software solutions

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in document control or information management
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant document control software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing best practices
- Saudi National status is required for this position
