- Provide general day-to-day HR support across the business in relation to all HR activities, employees leave and other administration for employees and (as necessary), all in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.
- Processing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
and updating them.
- Assist in delivering an induction program for new employees
- Handle employees files and ensure all employees documents properly filed
- Implementing labor law in order to avoid any violation
- Updating employees leave data in order to facilitate right information to management
- Ensuring timesheet are collected, reviewed and analyzed in order track employees’ presence.
- Handle employees’ documents i.e iqama renewal, exit/re-entry, passport,
- Handle annual and emergency leaves
- Verify sick leave medical claims request with its documentation to ensure its validity
- Ensure that all HR records and database are documented and filed
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Handle adding/deletion from/to GOSI
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Take responsibility for the iqama & work permit renewals
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 0 - 1 Years of experience in HR.
- Excellent in English & MS Office
- Good knowledge of labour law
