HR Coordinator

Our client in an Art Exhibitions company that creates and produces imaginative, narrative driven exhibition experiences and also offers consultancy, coordination and strategic planning to governments, museums, and cultural entities worldwide.
They are looking for an **HR Coordinator** that will join the team in **Riyadh, KSA.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Onboarding and off-boarding
- Employee file, leave management & attendance
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Coordinate with project sites and employee deployment
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist Dubai office with payroll inputs
- Support other assigned functions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Manage Iqama, Saudization, labour contracts and represent as a PRO in all legal departments
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator in KSA
- Exposure to KSA Labour Law, Saudization, Iqama process and employment contract for locals and expats
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
