**Qualification**:
1. High School Diploma

**Experience**:
1. 5 years' relevant experience in licence management

**Skills**:
1. Mineral exploration licence management
2. Exploration licence data base and information management and database and software (ArcGIS, Excel, Access, Mapinfo, Flexicadastre...)
3. Compliance report writing
4. Mining law, licence commitments and reporting requirements.
5. Report writing
6. HSE policy, standards, procedures and reporting
7. Awareness of Mineral exploration practice in geology, geochemistry, geophysics and mining
8. Awareness of public reporting in accordance with the JORC Code and international exploration, and other resource and reserve public reporting codes

7. Compliance with statutory reporting in accordance with licence conditions and national mining and related laws and regulations
8. Provide input on licencing advice given to company senior management
9. Effective membership of due diligence teams on licence area selection, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions
