Sales Executive

* Identify and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships and bring leads from major construction companies / consultants.
- Ability to analyze the market and establish competitive advantages to identify new business opportunities and bring new projects.
- Prepare offers, negotiate, and follow up with clients to improve sales through various methods.
- Research in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.
- Confident in building relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Attend client meetings and liaison between contractors and consultants.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit and prepare monthly reports on achievements of those targets.
- Set business forecast and submit time to time reports for management.
- Ability to generate revenue and maximize profit in the process of achieving sales targets.
Preferred Skills/ Attributes:
- Must have an excellent contact network in the KSA mainly with consultants and contractors.
- Experience in business development
- Excellent Negotiation and networking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
