Title: Building Architect
Contract Duration - 1 year (Renewable) - Long term project
Start Date - ASAP
Work Location - Al Ula (office based with site visits) - No remote work possibility

Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with major course work in Architecture or a related field of study. Master's degree preferred.
Minimal 10 years of architectural experience with at least 7 years in designing structures such as small buildings for pump houses and treatment plants, etc. This would be more of an infrastructure type architect; however, there is an opportunity to be involved in reviewing architectural building designs and submittals.
Conduct the concept design and review designs and response to RFIs for the proposed buildings/structures in the primary and secondary networks.
Familiarity with various architectural graphics software design tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Revit 360, SketchUp, etc. is preferred.
Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders and government authorities plus developers, consultants and contractors working within the area under study or adjacent areas.
Licensed Architect (AIA, NCARB, Chartered Architect) registration is preferred.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
