**What you'll do**:

- Develop and implement efficient schedules for drivers and security personnel to optimize operations and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and report on the performance of drivers and security staff, including delivery metrics and compliance.
- Oversee vehicle registration, licensing, insurance, and other regulatory requirements with relevant authorities.
- Plan and manage daily and monthly operations, budgets, and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability.
- Recommend strategies to improve fuel efficiency and overall fleet performance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Ensure fleet availability by accurately scheduling and forecasting vehicle needs.
- Coordinate and ensure timely vehicle registration, insurance renewals, and other formalities with government authorities.

**Who Are We Looking For?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in fleet or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in fleet management tools; certifications preferred.
- Arabic-speaking is a plus.
