Key Responsibilities
- Attendance Management
- Leave Management
- Insurance Administration
- Payroll Coordination
- Employee Relations
**Qualifications**:
- Complete knowledge in KSA Labor laws and Labor courts.
- Should be able to create JD and skill matrix for staff and work independently with inter departments to source, recruit, induct and retain employees
- Should have local contacts for manpower outsourcing
- Setting right VALUES and promoting Pluralism within group is fundamental
- Working with Dubai Head Office and knowledge of Payroll
- Degree in Human Resources/Psychology
- Minimum 3 years HR Experience
