Governmental Key Account Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and build strong business relationships within major healthcare institutions in the region.
Serve as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
Achieve sales objectives and deliver the required financial results for assigned accounts.
Manage the full collection process from A to Z for assigned accounts.
Handle purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries in coordination with the logistics team.
Organize tender business procedures and ensure the fulfillment of tender portions.
Meet customer needs and deliverables within proposed timelines.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of key account management experience within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
At least 5 years of experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical market.
Strong knowledge of governmental platforms such as **ETIMAD** and expertise in **NUPCO** processes related to tender business, direct purchase, and marketplace operations.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, including purchasers, planning, and procurement departments.
