As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry players. You will also be responsible for growing the company’s footprint within the B2B and B2C markets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry trends.
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the cosmetics and dermatology market.
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and sales channels (e.g., e-commerce, retail partnerships, B2B collaborations).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying key growth areas, setting clear objectives, and monitoring performance.
- Forecast sales growth and manage budgets to ensure sales goals are met.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, dermatology clinics, beauty salons, retailers, and distributors.
- Develop a pipeline of prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and close deals, while maintaining healthy margins and mutually beneficial relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility in the market.
- Leverage market research and consumer insights to help position products effectively and differentiate from competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch new products and ensure they reach target audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, product demands, and potential business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and customer feedback to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Utilize data to optimize pricing strategies and sales tactics.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and trends to recommend adjustments to strategies or pricing models.
- Track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring goals are being met.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- At least 5-7 years of sales and business development experience, preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, or dermatology industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, achieving targets, and closing high-value deals.
- Experience working with retail partners, distributors, and B2B relationships.
- Familiarity with dermatological products and treatments is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of cosmetics and skincare market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
