**Job Description**:
**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Implement and maintain high-quality service and food standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team efficiency.
- Create and manage staff schedules to optimize service and labor costs.
- Motivate and lead the team to enhance guest satisfaction and operational success.

**Financial & Business Performance**:

- Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve margins.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize inventory to reduce waste.
- Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions when necessary.

**Guest Experience & Service Excellence**:

- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring high service standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, taking proactive steps to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement promotions and special events to attract and retain guests.

**Marketing & Business Growth**:

- Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing footfall.
- Collaborate on menu development, pricing strategies, and seasonal promotions.
- Build relationships with local businesses and the community to drive brand awareness.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
