Position Responsibilities**:

- Validate equipment in the field.
- Conduct search in library and manufacturers’ sites.
- Perform routine data analysis duties.
- Performs cross-referencing tasks and verifies information.
- Performs analysis of BOM (Bill of materials) and Engineering drawings to create Installation/Assembly breakdown of spare parts.
- Cataloging of equipment and spare parts
- Comply with client standards, procedures, publications, and specifications.
- Assists with answering to technical queries, researching the problem, and composing an answer.
- Identify discrepancies in Equipment description based on Equipment Technical Information (datasheet, drawing,., etc.)
- Knows how to interpret and read equipment drawings including P&ID.
- Mentor Junior Data cataloger
- Carry out peer review for others work
- Rejection analysis for every error received
- Knowledge in inventory optimization and warehouse functions
- Must be able to relocate to client locations.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferable) or other fields related to Material Management, or SCM.
- Preferably with considerable experience in maintenance of Oil and Gas
- Experience in the acquisition Equipment and Spare Parts Data Package
- SAP MM and PM Knowledge is preferrable
- Experience in the warehouse is preferable.
- Must have worked in similar jobs in the past
- 3-5 or more years’ experience
- SAP Knowledge is preferable
