Technical Sales Engineer

Identifying current and future customer by establishing links with potential and actual customers.
- Providing technical consultancy to the customer as per requirement and coordinating between the suppliers and the customer.
- Prepare and deliver NACE basic corrosion sessions.
- Negotiating orders and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers / EPC projects.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance by meetings, presentations, and product education to the client to help them know their best requirement and solution.
- Working on projects NMR documentations, material delivery, site support, installation and commissioning services, troubleshooting services, providing technical back up as required, supporting accounts dept. in follow ups for the payments.
- Vendor registration with new customers, when required.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending and participating in conferences and introducing the business profile with product and services to the new / potential customers.
- Coordination between the customers and supplier, and management in all sales / project’s activities.
- Keep in touch with suppliers for technical clarification during the pre-sale’s evaluations process.
- Handling the customers’ requests and RFQ’s and providing them any technical support in the CMS.
- Performing the technical site visits to the customers field / site to understand the scope of work.
- Review the SOW and prepare the bid for a long / short form CMS service contract.
- Review customer POs with specifications and preparing the counter POs to the suppliers.
- Provide CMS troubleshooting and support services at site under short/ long form contracts.
- Conference calls with agency to discuss commercial and technical scope of ongoing / potential projects and develop the strategy to win the future projects.
- Work on business development activities as assigned by management.
