Project Control Manager

  • Develop and implement the project control plan covering cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.

  • Prepare and maintain baseline schedules (Primavera P6), cost control budgets, and progress measurement systems.

  • Monitor and control project costs, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of project reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) for internal and client review.

  • Conduct earned value analysis, variance analysis, and performance forecasting.

  • Manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.

  • Support procurement and subcontract teams in bid evaluations, change orders, and claims analysis.

  • Facilitate coordination meetings and ensure alignment of project controls with all stakeholders.

  • Provide early warning of deviations and recommend corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with company and client procedures (e.g., Saudi Aramco SAP, Ariba, IKTVA reporting).

  • Train, mentor, and develop project control staff.
