Job Description
Business Development Manager to join our team in the international freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain solutions, with a proven ability to generate new business, nurture client relationships, and expand our global footprint in air, ocean, and road freight services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets in air freight, ocean freight, and multimodal transport.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Develop customized logistics solutions and proposals in collaboration with the operations and pricing teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with clients and vendors.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and prepare regular business reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global trade regulations, customs compliance, and freight forwarding practices.
Experience:
- 2 years in similar Industry/MNC
- Air, Ocean custom clearance experince is mandatory.
