Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for leading the team and maintaining Key clientele accounts, interacting with the client and all relevant divisions to ensure smooth operational processes.

  2. Monitor and analyze the progress of the business and contribute to enhancing the overall growth of the organization.

  3. Responsible for meeting existing key clients to maintain customer relationships and to seek improvement of services.

  4. Identify new business opportunities (existing key clients and new large accounts) for Conformity and testing business line services.

  5. Ensure client requests, inquiries, and complaints are promptly coordinated and accurately addressed by the respective regulatory country program.

  6. Ensure client expectations/complaints are reviewed appropriately, and timely feedback and solutions are provided to ensure client satisfaction and to maintain trust.

  7. Follow up on DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) with clients in coordination with the Invoicing/Collection team, as and when required.

  8. Maintain and develop ongoing contracts with key clients, and define /deploy solutions to achieve financial objectives.

  9. Perform any other operational tasks as and when requested by the management in case of urgency or pressure only.

  10. Prepare Weekly Sales Report & % of achieving weekly sales target for the Sales Team to increase their visits for the next week.

  11. Search for more information on the decision-makers in current big holding companies or companies that only request 1 or a few services in each field to increase target sales/company.

  12. Coordinate and arrange a schedule of visits to the External meetings with current customers for (New Requirements).

  13. Cooperate with the Quality Management System to fill out the Customer Satisfaction Survey.

  14. Following Quotations to increase the Hit ratio, identify causes of losing quotations, and send the reasons to the concerned person.

  15. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

  16. Ensure that the correct services are delivered to customers promptly.

  17. Act as a strategic advisor to our key clients.

  18. Generate more leads and businesses with current customers.

  19. Maintain goodwill with all departments to ensure smooth workflow.

  20. Coordinate with external labs for sample delivery and results reports, and communicate with customers for any corrective action needed.

  21. Learn about technical standards and updates from national and international regulatory bodies.

  22. Close all financial aspects with customers and ensure payment is received and properly allocated, and cleared with the finance department.
