Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic plans to expand market presence, and managing sales pipelines. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to align services with client needs, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth within the region.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Negotiation skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning capabilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and B2B process management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred
