Role Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all governmental procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with governmental bodies related to the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all government-related transactions, licenses, and renewals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government regulations and requirements within the healthcare sector.
  • Liaise with ministries and regulatory agencies to facilitate company operations.
  • Support HR and administrative departments in governmental processes (e.g., visas, work permits, GOSI, etc.).
  • Prepare regular reports and documentation related to government relations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of government processes and regulations in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in government relations within a healthcare organization.
