Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Facility Project Manager to lead our facility construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments.
  • Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
