Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all bar operations, ensuring efficient service, premium product presentation, and consistency across events.
  • Manage and supervise bartending teams, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with mixologists and event managers to curate bespoke beverage menus tailored to luxury banqueting.
  • Ensure proper inventory control, sourcing, and stock management while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance in bar operations.
  • Provide hands-on leadership during events, ensuring seamless service and immediate resolution of challenges.
  • Foster strong client engagement through personalized service and beverage recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Extensive background in bar management within luxury hospitality, events, or high-end banqueting environments.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire service excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, champagnes, cocktails, and non-alcoholic luxury beverages.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining the highest service standards.
