We are looking for an experienced National Sales Director to oversee and drive the Cluster development objectives in relation to sales, revenue and growth targets while also managing and expanding own allocated portfolio of customers. YOUR ROLE You will have overall responsibility for setting the direction of the sales and revenue strategy at the cluster level and ensuring that it is aligned to the company’s overall strategy. To monitor, using internal tools and customer relationship management systems, sales performance and provide leadership and sales coaching to the direct reports and their teams. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Expand the scope of sales activities within the cluster in conjunction with all Business Fields, in line with cluster and regional directives as well as own initiatives in order to meet annual sales targets. Increase revenue through the retention and the proactive acquisition of customers.
To appropriately represent K+N brand towards the Key Account set in the Sales Portfolio, identify and pursue new development opportunities. Provide management with relevant, quantified and clear information relating to market activity. Develop and implement strategies and tactics to maintain anddevelop the overall performance the sales teams including active sales coaching and making joint sales calls. Ensure correct administration of the prevailing Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, problems. Establish and maintain long term sustainable partnerships with specified customers and service providers and discuss and communicate customer feedback with other affectedbusiness units. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Expensive relevant experience in similar role along with strong influencing and negotiating skills. Bachelors degree in business Admin, Marketing, or Logistics, MBA is preferred. Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Arabic. Strong leadership skills to support and motivate the team to develop their potential by pro-active leadership, leading to stably growing results, recognition of performance and timely resolution of issues. Proven customer relationship building and sales coaching experience and relevant skills. Demonstrate customer focus mindset in all internal and external interactions and activities on a daily basis. Financial and Commercial Acumen with the ability to manage and interpret financial and other business related data, in order to provide meaningful advice and feedback on their area of responsibility. Time sensitive and able to multi-task.
