Weare currently searching for dedicated ambitious and selfdrivenSolution Sales Specialist to join our Sales Department playing acritical role in building relationships with our significantclients.

Thecandidate must have an experience in selling and presenting ITsolutions at least one of the following domains (MicrosoftInfrastructure Services Unified Communications IT ServiceManagement Solutions and Consultation Customer Experience Data andAnalytics).

  • Effectivelymaintains and retains existing customers by building longtermrelationships.
  • Meetsassigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned productlines.
  • Leaddemandgenerating marketing activities in the assigned market forthe assigned productspecialty.
  • Establishproductive professional relationships with key personnel inassigned customeraccounts.
  • Coordinatesthe involvement of company personnel including business developmentsupport service marketing customer success and management resourcesin order to meet account performance objectives and customersexpectations.
  • Proactivelyassesses clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoingbasis.
  • Leadssolution development efforts that best address customer needs whilecoordinating the involvement of all necessary companypersonnel.
  • Prepareweekly monthly quarterly and annual reports andforecasts.


Requirements
CertificationRequirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administrationequivalent.
PersonalSkills(MUST):

  • Highsense of responsibility and ownership acting like an owner in whatyou do.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and presentationskills.
  • Beingable to work on your own or in ateam.
  • Beingable to work to tightdeadlines.
  • Abilityto maintain composure during stressfulsituation.
  • Handlingmany tasks &responsibilities.
  • Fluentin Arabic and English.



Certification Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science,Business Administration equivalent. ITIL Foundation (preferred)Inbound Sales (must) Sales Enablement (must) Skills: Minimum of 7years experience in enterprise sales or related position. Salesexperience at the following domains (IT Service Management, ISOConsultation Services) Hands on experience with CRM software andAccount management systems. Understanding of sales performancemetrics. Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.Customer-centric and good listener. Ability to contributeconsistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, andsometimes unpredictable work environment. Articulate verbalcommunication, professional business writing and presentationskills. Personal Skills (MUST): High sense of responsibility andownership, acting like owner in what you do. Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills. Being able to work on yourown or in a team. Being able to work to tight deadlines. Ability tomaintain composure during stressful situation. Handling many tasks& responsibilities. Fluent in Arabic and English.
