  • Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with thewarmest of welcomes
  • Acknowledging IHG RewardsClub members and returning guests in person or over thephone
  • Taking managing and receiving paymentsfor guest bookings
  • Making the checkin andcheckout process feel swift and seamless
  • Staying one step of our guests needs to anticipaterequests and offer tailored recommendations
  • Being our guests trusted contact helping with everythingfrom bill issues to restaurant recommendations

What We need from you:

  • Communication skills guests will need to come to you withconcerns as well as compliments so youll be easy to talkto
  • Your problemsolving skills will turn issuesinto opportunities so every guest leaves with greatmemories
  • Fluency in the local language extralanguage skills would be great but not essential
  • Literate and techsavvy youll need a good grasp of readingwriting basic maths and computer skills
