5. Project Scope: Fintech Partnerships lead/GGC experience required.

Role:

Fintech Partnerships & Engagement Process:

· Experience in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating partnerships with fintech companies.

· Ability to assess the compatibility of fintech solutions with the bank's existing systems and processes.

· Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with fintech firms.

Knowledge about Fintech Regulations:

· Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing fintech, both globally and in Saudi Arabia.

· Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to fintech partnerships and products.

· Experience navigating compliance challenges associated with integrating fintech solutions into banking operations.

Fintech Onboarding Process:

· Expertise in designing and implementing onboarding processes for fintech partners and their products.

· Ability to streamline the integration of fintech solutions while ensuring compliance and security standards are met.

· Experience in training internal teams on using fintech platforms and troubleshooting potential issues.

Knowledge & Experience:

· Strong background in development and relationship management

· Deep understanding of product integration

· Deep understanding of GCC banking regulations

· Expertise in Fintech industry knowledge and trends in GCC

· Ability to drive onboarding processes for fintech partnerships.
