Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and well-connected Sales Expert with a specialization in the FMCG sector. The role involves securing strategic partnerships and pilot agreements with leading CPG brands, as well as establishing connections with key retailers in the region to ensure smooth integration of their data sources into our platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and ensuring that our innovative data solutions meet the needs of key decision-makers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with CPGs and retailers: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major CPG brands and retailers to secure commercial partnerships and pilot program agreements.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies: Identify key stakeholders to approach, define a prioritization strategy, and deploy creative outreach methods; coordinate with the business team to shape the content marketing strategy.
  • Lead pilot program agreements efforts: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring alignment with both parties' strategic goals.
  • Monetize retailers' Data: Understand and negotiate agreements needed to access retailers' data for integration into our platform, while exploring collaboration opportunities that allow retailers to monetize their data and gain access to valuable insights.
  • Coordinate and conduct high-impact pitch presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the CPG or F&B industry, with a proven track record in managing and growing business relationships. Experience selling SaaS products is a plus.
  • Extensive network within the CPG industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics and decision-making processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a history of successfully closing deals and forming strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex data-driven insights in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, market trends in the FMCG industry, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not required.
