What this job involves

In the position as Head of Landlord Leasing, KSA , you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and developing strategic solutions.

  • Lead all Landlord leasing assignments in KSA for offices, industrial and other commercial asset classes (excluding Retail)
  • Contributing to delivering complex Leasing projects in KSA, focusing initially on Riyadh, Jeddah and Eastern Province
  • Building relationships with all Office Space players in KSA
  • Advising KSA developers & landlords on global best practice
  • Actively contributing to the team's 2024 revenue plan & building a multi-year business plan for growth (together with the Head of OBS & Retail MEA)
  • BD efforts and increasing business opportunities & reputation in the local market
  • To implement all data and activities in JLL's tool "Office Finder"
  • To work closely with all other JLL teams in delivering high quality services to our clients
