What you'll be doing

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand categoryspecific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Support business strategy and reflect understanding of emerging, as well as existing, opportunities and markets.
  • Drive business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed decisions in the context of the company's business
  • Build a picture of the trends and patterns to shape Coty Products and create a future vision which will inspire others to contribute their best for its longerterm growth.

What you'll need to succeed

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or Key accounts manager
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and senior management
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
