  • Drive the development and execution of sales plans for different market segments.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Ensure the effective communication of the hotel's unique selling propositions.
  • Manage the sales budget, monitor expenses and ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Report regularly on sales performance against budgetary goals.
  • Coordinate and support sales-related events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Work closely with revenue management and reservations teams to optimize room revenue.
  • Ensure sales activities adhere to ethical standards and compliance requirements.
  • Uphold the hotel's reputation and brand integrity in all sales interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate innovations into sales strategies.
