Business Development Executive - Male

Only immediate joiners locally available in Saudi Arabia with valid IQAMA should apply

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manpower and recruitment industry.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Prospect, qualify, and onboard new clients through targeted sales efforts and networking activities.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and service requirements.

Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and discuss staffing solutions.

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and efficient staffing solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


1-2 years of experience in business development, and sales, with a focus on manpower and recruiting in Oil & Gas, Power & Renewable, and Construction & Infrastructure.

Strong understanding of Saudi region's labor market and business landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Immediate joining with valid IQAMA.

Food, Accommodation and Transportation will be provided by the company
