Job Description:

The Solution Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the market success of ServiceNow's Employee Workflow product suite, encompassing Employee Experience, Enterprise Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery.

The Senior Solution Sales Executive is tasked with boosting sales revenue within existing accounts as well as acquiring new clients. This necessitates close collaboration with the broader ServiceNow sales ecosystem, supported by a dedicated Solution Consultant. The responsibilities include territory planning, account planning, forecasting, utilizing business development approaches, and engaging in field-based sales activities to ensure the generation of revenue opportunities, efficient management, and closure of sales deals.

This role presents a prominent growth prospect requiring a highly motivated individual with robust sales, communication, and organizational proficiencies, eager to learn and integrate into a rapidly expanding organization.

  • Act as the customer and regional sales teams' spokesperson
  • Spearhead end-to-end sales actions (from generating leads to closing deals) targeted at specific HR solution use cases
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to expedite opportunities by engaging directly with clients to provide comprehensive product and industry insights
  • Disseminate competitive intelligence and developments to managers and Business Unit to stay ahead of potential obstacles, challenges, and red flags that might impede ServiceNow from securing crucial customer accounts
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to accelerate opportunities by engaging directly with clients to provide comprehensive product and industry insights
  • Develop, in conjunction with Product Management and Product Marketing, crucial sales and market strategies and goals to establish ServiceNow as a frontrunner in HR Service Delivery
  • Offer industry proficiency in formulating and implementing specific market strategies and programs to enhance brand penetration
  • Coach and empower account teams with fundamental specialized solution area knowledge to aptly identify specialty solution openings and assist in managing the sales process
  • In collaboration with the assigned Account Executive and Solution Consultant, deliver presentations on our Employee Workflows solutions directly to prospects, customers, and at industry gatherings and seminars
  • Support the regional ServiceNow partner channels to ensure a robust customer experience
  • Articulate customer success strategies (and setbacks) to the field to streamline and standardize solution presentations and value propositions
  • Establish as a trusted advisor to our customer community

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
  • Focus on new business sales
  • Prior sales experience in software or IT sales organizations (preferably in both the IT and HCM HR HR Service Delivery or Workplace Service Delivery domain) handling large and intricate deals
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales highly preferred
  • Sharp commercial acumen in developing business cases and ROI jointly with customers' personnel
  • Ability to clearly convey the value of solutions to prospects and customers, leveraging this to maximize revenue potential
  • Capability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect/customer organizations, including the CHRO level, and internally across the business
  • Executive presence and influential skills
