Position Overview

The HRBP role involves aligning human resources strategies with the overall business objectives. This position works closely with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include providing guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and change management. The HRBP is instrumental in driving organizational success by ensuring HR practices are in line with business goals and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure business and trade licenses are up to date to prevent violations
  • Handle legal document processing for government agencies
  • Represent the company at various offices and government departments when necessary
  • Assist in new employee onboarding processes
  • Manage employee documentation including contracts and immigration papers
  • Coordinate with government portals and assist with medical enrollments
  • Partner with payroll for GOSI registration and approvals
  • Approve local payments and act as the point of contact for official inspections
  • Stay informed about Saudi Arabian policies and ensure company compliance


Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Government Relations (GR)
  • Familiarity with laws and procedures related to government entities
  • Strong understanding of KSA Iqama and Visa processes
