We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the growth of our commercial entity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.   • Use knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions.
  • Consultation
  • Partner with managers and HR to implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective.
  • Coach managers on HR and business-related issues.
  • HR Insights
  • Analyze and present data to managers, recommending solutions that support the culture and defined HR strategy.

Requirements

  • An experienced HR professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the HR field at Manager or Business Partner level, supporting business leaders and cooperating with COEs.
  • Advanced Degree in HR-related field preferred.
  • Experience in a multinational environment and complex organization.
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, and influence skills.
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations/performance management matters.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
