Job Description for HR Specialist at THARWAH

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team at THARWAH. As an HR Specialist, you will provide expert-level HR support and consultative services to assigned business units, leveraging your deep understanding of organizational operations, culture, and human capital needs to develop and implement effective HR solutions that align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Advisory Services: Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and recommendations on a range of HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
  • HR Program Development: Collaborate with managers to identify HR needs and develop tailored programs, policies, and practices to address those needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • HR Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of core HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, within assigned business units, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • HR Coaching and Training: Provide hands-on support and coaching to managers on HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • HR Analytics and Insights: Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve HR service delivery and drive business outcomes.
  • HR Initiatives and Projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • HR Expertise and Knowledge: Stay abreast of HR best practices, legal and regulatory changes, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve the organization's HR practices and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and education to managers and employees on HR-related topics, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role.
  • HR Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement practical HR solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing business needs and priorities, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
