Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships through lead-generation techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's software products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company's software solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations of our enterprise software solutions to prospective clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales or related field.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large-scale deals with enterprise-level clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored software solutions to meet clients' business requirements.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and data analytics.
