IT Software Sales Specialist

Our client offers business value-focused software solutions and expert IT services locally in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, India, Singapore, and the United States.
Currently, Were looking for a Sales Executive for the Saudi location.
Successful Software Sales Specialists possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong technical understanding of the software they are selling, and the ability to work collaboratively within a sales team.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the software products or solutions being offered. Stay updated on new features, updates, and industry trends related to the software.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends. Analyze customer needs and provide feedback to the development team for product improvement.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients to showcase software features.
Sales Presentations:
Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of the software. Tailor presentations to address specific customer pain points and requirements.
Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals. Address any concerns or objections raised by customers and provide suitable solutions.
Pipeline Management:
Manage and maintain a sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to customers during the onboarding process. Offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
Feedback Loop:
Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Travel:
Depending on the organization and product, travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and participate in industry events may be required.
