Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Providing product or service information to customers and guiding them through technical issues.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as the product or engineering teams, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to offer suitable solutions and product recommendations.
- Continuously improving customer support processes and procedures.
- Proactively monitoring customer satisfaction and providing feedback to improve the product or service.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the language(s) required for the role
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide a positive customer experience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
