  • Direct the presales team including himself to ensure that we provide the winning offer.
  • Key KPIs include:
  • Revenue, margin & order book from LoB across geographies
  • Customer satisfaction & delivery against project spec
  • KM
  • Promote Giza Systems' image and culture internally & externally.
  • Work with the Presales Manager to determine the appropriate supplier and offerings as per the strategy of the LoB.
  • Review market trends and technological advances to determine impact on the LoB's offering.
  • Work with team to design highly technical solutions and identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
  • Develop technical documents and review the technical components of the proposals ensuring the efficient integration of all configured solutions, before submission to the sales team for final compilation.
  • Assign his team including himself to their opportunities, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the complete understanding of the client's requirements. This might include client visits and presentation of solutions.
  • Ensure the review of the technical aspect of the project implementation plan prepared by the project managers ensuring it is Achievable and within the set time frame
  • Prepare and regularly updates the offerings in his/her area.
  • Educate the Sales Team on the basic technicalities and functionality of all offerings to guide them in identifying leads within the assigned sectors.
  • Communicate with Sales, PMs and Technical teams to gather insights and information on different aspects such as clients' needs and projects challenges which can be an added value to the offerings portfolio or changes in proposal
  • Ensure proper knowledge preservation and management of both the presales team and the organization.

  • From 6 to 9 years of experience in a relevant field and industry
  • Excellent presales technical skills
  • Technical writing skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Good team leading & management skills.
  • Excellent English and Arabic Business and Technical writing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English language.

Technical Skills:

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Extensive understanding of digitalization transformation projects/needs. Including workflow automation, RPA, Mobile APP (Omni Channel)
  • Understanding/exposure to Utilities Solutions including:
  • Customer care & billing
  • Meter Data Management
  • Work and Asset Management
  • Mobile Workforce Management
  • Network Management System
  • Knowledge emerging technologies like IOT, Blockchain, Advanced Analytics & AI/ML, 5G, and Industry
  • Knowledge of ITIL/PMP or similar practices
  • Knowledge of BI, Data Mining or similar practice
  • Excellent presales technical skills
  • Existing customer exposure is essential.
