Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce demographics, employee engagement, retention, performance, and other key HR metrics. Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.

HR Metrics Dashboard: Develop and maintain a centralized HR metrics dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time visibility into HR metrics and analytics. Collaborate with HR business partners and functional leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Workforce Planning: Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with business objectives and address talent gaps. Provide data driven recommendations to optimize workforce allocation, deployment, and utilization.

- Employee Experience Analysis: Analyze employee feedback surveys, performance reviews, and other sources of employee feedback to assess the overall employee experience and identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

- HR Technology Optimization: Evaluate existing HR systems and technologies to ensure they effectively capture and report HR data. Identify opportunities to enhance data integrity, accessibility, and usability through system enhancements or integrations.

- Support HR department: Support the HR Manager in all daily operation regarding recruitment, onboarding processes, budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results through datadriven HR initiatives.
  • Proven track record of leading crossfunctional projects and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
