Job Purpose:


The job purpose of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is to serve as a strategic partner and consultant within an organization, aligning human resources functions with business objectives.

HRBPs play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, driving organizational performance, and supporting the overall success of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the head of the HR department in coordination with the HR team members in developing processes, policies, and procedures for all HR functions.
  • Assist in the organizational structuring efforts, conducting comprehensive job evaluation and analysis exercises to ensure clarity and efficiency in all jobs.
  • Design a career path for all functions in the company that is aligned with the company's vision and strategies.
  • Lead the execution for the performance management system and ensure adherence to the employee performance management policy.
  • Collaborate with managers to conduct thorough job analysis, identifying job requirements, skills, and competencies, and design accurate job descriptions.
  • Manage the onboarding programs such as the Induction Program to ensure smooth transitioning to the new joiners and a great joining experience.
  • Assist the Head of HR in identifying the critical positions in the company to develop a succession plan.
  • Design rewards and recognition programs to motivate and incentivize highperforming individuals and teams.
  • Review the current salary structure and ensure that it meets the company's strategies and philosophy and provide recommendations as necessary.
  • Lead the employee engagement activities and develop programs to ensure that our people are actively engaged.
  • Define a strategy to identify disengaged employees and develop actionplans to improve their engagement.
  • Lead the activities of documentation and reporting for the whole HR department to enable visibility for all stajeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field.
  • 3 years or more of experience in an HRBP, HR Generalist or a similar role.
  • Professional certification in OD, talent management, or related areas is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
